DEVELOPMENT OFFICER– The development officer works in building revenue for LEMA through donations and fund-raising efforts. Daily job duties include planning and implementing major fund-raising campaigns, utilizing social media to create awareness of Students and organizational need, planning events to raise funds, finding volunteers for various projects and events, connecting with donors through phone calls and other media.
EVENT PLANNER+ The Event planner connects with churches, staff and volunteers to plan fund-raising dinners and promotional events; organize facilities and manage event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, location, invitee list, promotional material etc. Cooperate with others to promote and publicize event; host an annual Appreciation Event for all staff, faculty and volunteers.
MEDIA Associate+ The Media Associate uses print, social media, broadcast and digital media outlets to promote the mission and activities of the LEMA Institute.

TRADES TRAINING- We will also be needing help training pastors in trades to help them stay financially stable (farming, tailoring, etc.)
