The Director of Advancement will develop and execute a partnership development and fundraising plan, write and Manage Grants, Maintain Donor relations, recruit and train staff as needed and among other things, develop sustainable income generating initiatives.

Performance Indicators: All indicators will be reviewed at new employees 30 day, 60 day and 90 day review meetings with the Missionary President. An annual meeting will take place to evaluate performance on these indicators. Specific goals and targets will be agreed upon by the employee at the beginning of his/her employment.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the operational activities in all areas of the organization. The successful candidate will be strong in all Microsoft Office products and proficient in Publisher as well as Canva, experience in working in databases a real asset, experience in an Email marketing platform, project management, web applications, social media, website management, fundraising, and donor management.

Position Title: Events Coordinator
Full/Part Time: Part-Time (15- 20 hours/week)
Reports To: the President or Designated Staff
Salary: $20 - $25/Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

The Events Coordinator organizes, plans and publicizes the events of the organization; Designs marketing materials and secures sponsors for events. In essence, an Event Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of an event, from the initial planning stages to the final execution and post-event analysis.

The development Officer works in building revenue for LEMA through donations and fundraising efforts. Daily job duties include planning and implementing major fundraising campaigns, utilizing social media to create awareness of Students and organizational needs, planning events to raise funds, finding volunteers for various projects and events, connecting with donors through phone calls and other media.
The Event Assistant works with the Event Coordinator to connect with churches, staff and volunteers, to plan fundraising dinners and promotional events; organize facilities and manage event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, location, invitee list, promotional material etc. Cooperate with others to promote and publicize events.
The Media Associate uses print, social media, broadcast and digital media outlets to promote the mission and activities of the LEMA Institute.
Mobilize for and create awareness of the importance of Prayer and facilitating the start of Global/National prayer events in communities that are not observing it. Assists in planning and organizing the All Nations Pentecost Service. Establish a strategic Prayer connection with denominational prayer teams; the prayer coordinators/warriors, Bible Study leaders and youth of Area Churches. Assists in Training, equipping, and mentoring prayer leaders in local churches. Works with the KPP Leaders to create and encourage cooperative prayer efforts among churches.
To mobilize the LEMA Teams in US, Nigeria and Uganda for weekly prayers using technology. Responding to the prayer needs of LEMA staff and students. Manages the weekly prayer emails. Assists in recruiting KPP members and developing personal prayer support Volunteers. Contribute to the development of an effective local prayer chain for LEMA.

We will also be needing help training pastors in trades to help them stay financially stable (farming, tailoring, etc.). If you have any skill in Agriculture or the trades and are available to travel overseas for one week or two to train our students, please contact us.
